Message folders

• —By default

  To start with, you will have three folders in the «Messages» section:
  

  1. «General folder»: all incoming and outgoing message are stored here by default;
  2. «My favourites»: for your favourite messages;
  3. «Ignored»: this folder is essentially a bin for messages from people you don't want to talk to. You can move all messages from such people here in one go. You can read about how to do this in the «Deleting messages» section.
     
• —Additional message folders

  If you love chatting with other people, you'll soon need more folders so you don't get confused by all your different messages with friends.
  
  To create a folder, go to «Messages» and click «Create new folder». Name it whatever you like, and click «Create».
  
  Tick the box next to the chain of correspondence you want to move into your folder. Select your folder from the list in the yellow window that pops up saying «Move to the folder», click «Move». And that's it!
  
  

  

• —Renaming and deleting folders

  If you have decided on a new name for an existing folder, it's easy to change it. Click the editing icon to the right of the name of the folder, enter the new name, and click «Save».
  
  You can also delete folders you have created. Click on the folder, then click the icon with a cross in a red circle. Please note that all the messages in that folder will also be deleted.
