Problems with messages

• —Problems delivering messages

  Sometimes messages may not reach their intended recipient. For example, if you have a problem with your internet connection, or if you closed the chat window before you sent your message. To check if your message has been received, open the window with your messages to the user, and if your message was not sent, it will not be there.

• —Why is the message immediately marked as read?

  If you have sent a message to a user who is not online, and the message has been immediately marked as read, it means you have been moved into the user's «Ignored» folder.

• —Limits on number of profile views and new contacts

  To protect you from spam, we have put the following restrictions in place:
  

  1. Users can only view up to 100 profiles per day.
  2. Users can only make up to 30 new contacts per day (by writing to other users first, selecting another user for their "Favourites" folder, winking at other users).

  This restriction will automatically be removed after 24 hours. You can also remove this restriction by paying for our unlimited messages service. You will be offered this service when you reach your daily contact limit.
  
  New users are users you have not contacted before.
